The Heritage collection is undoubtedly traditional, with a look inspired by pocket watches which were converted into wristwatches in the early 1920s using fine attachments. With the Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” limited edition, H. Moser & Cie. is pushing this historical aspect even further, by adorning the fumé dial of this creation with its Cyrillic logo, as was occasionally used in the era of the company’s illustrious founder, Heinrich Moser. Deeply rooted in H. Moser & Cie., the Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” edition draws a subtle connection between past and present. A modern symbol of the Schaffhausenbased brand’s vast legacy, the Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” model perfectly represents H. Moser & Cie.: a modern and innovative Manufacture with a rich history dating back almost 200 years.
For the case of this model, H. Moser & Cie. uses bronze, a material which changes over time, becoming ever more beautiful as the patina develops. As no two cases will age alike, each ultimately becomes a unique piece. Showcasing a rounded design with classic touches, the case features tapered lugs and a large notched crown. The warm reflections of the bronze offer an interesting contrast with the cooler shades of the Blackor fumé dial, which features the H. Moser & Cie. Cyrillic logo. Poised on the edge between tradition and modernity, H. Moser & Cie. sends ripples through this model’s classic design through a slightly eccentric choice of colours and materials. For a modern look, it is finished with a railway minute track in white, while the sword-shaped hands are accentuated with Super-LumiNova®. Meanwhile, the distinctive three-dimensional appliqué numerals use Globolight®, an innovative ceramic-based material that can assume any shape and any colour, and which contains Super-LumiNova®. Visible behind the sapphire case-back, the HMC 200 movement is the driving force behind the Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” model. This calibre, entirely designed, developed and produced in-house, is equipped with a regulating organ manufactured by H. Moser & Cie.’s sister company, Precision Engineering AG. Decorated with the famous Moser double stripes, the HMC 200 calibre offers a minimum power reserve of three days.
Launched at Dubai Watch Week, which takes place from November 24th to 28th, 2021, the Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” will be available exclusively online, on the sales platforms of H. Moser & Cie. and Seddiqi, partner and long-time friend of the brand.

H. MOSER & CIE.
H. Moser & Cie. was created by Heinrich Moser in 1828. Based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, it currently employs more than 60 people, has developed 15 in-house calibres to date and produces more than 1,500 watches per annum. Through its sister company Precision Engineering AG (PEAG), H. Moser & Cie. manufactures parts such as regulating organs and balance-springs, which are used for its own production as well as to supply its partner companies. Independent company incorporated into Moser Watch Holding in 2012, Precision Engineering AG specialises in watch components for escapements, from their initial design to the production of a quality product ready to be integrated into the watch movement it must regulate. H. Moser & Cie. is honoured to have a Moser family member with the company as Honorary Chairman and President of the Heinrich and Henri Moser Foundation. The aim of the Moser Foundation, created by one of Heinrich Moser’s descendants, is to keep the family history alive and seek out antique pieces for the Moser Museum, located in Charlottenfels Manor, Heinrich Moser’s family home. With its substantial watchmaking expertise and highly acclaimed experience in the sector, MELB Holding holds shares in H. Moser & Cie. and Hautlence. MELB Holding is an independent family group, based in the heart of the legendary Vallée de Joux.
