Tudor has set a goal of competing in the Tour de France with a brand new cycling team.
The watchmaker is the title sponsor for team headed by Swiss cycling legend Fabian Cancellara that aims to qualify for the world’s greatest road races by 2024.
The first competition for Tudor Pro Cycling Team will be the Paris-Roubaix U23 race on May 15 and the team will continue to compete in the UCI Continental class for the remainder of the 2022 season.
For next year, the team will apply and train for the 2023 UCI ProTeam season with the goal of qualifying for the world’s most famous and prestigious races including the Tour de France by the 2024 season.
Tudor is taking its #borntodare attitude into the pro team’s journey, and will benefit from a bit of branding along the way, particularly if it achieves its aim of competing in the world’s most watched races.
The team will wear sleek black jerseys adorned with red Tudor shields on front and back.
