Mondaine, the first carbon-neutral watchmaker in Switzerland, is taking inspiration from nature for the colors used for its SBB Classic collection for this season.
Mondaine says its palette is entirely taken from the colors of Mother Earth: dials in deep ocean blue, forest green, and good gray.
The Swiss railway clock design is retained for the watches, which come in 36mm and 40mm sizes.
They are offered on textile straps of various colors made of recycled PET with cork inlays and stitching.
All watches come with a practical strap replacement system, so the straps can be easily changed for a steel mesh bracelet.
