Ten years after its debut, Frederique Constant’s Classics Worldtimer Manufacture has become a platform watch that allows the brand can show off its high-end engineering and artisan skills.
Few are made, due to the complexity, and it is a type of watch that can be restyled in myriad different ways.
Two new models were launched in March and a third in June.
Now, Frederique Constant has launched what it is calling the Native Edition in a limited edition run of 100.
The term native is a reference to the fact that the new Worldtimer has its 24 time zone cities displayed in one of nine native languages: English, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Brazilian.
The 42mm steel watch houses Frederique Constant’s FC-718 automatic caliber, with its 38-hour power reserve.
The decorated manufacture movement with its golden rotor is on show through a crystal caseback.
It goes on sale in August priced at $4,495.
